Role Overview
SACH is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer with experience in digital content development and basic animation skills (an added advantage) to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing various documents, communication materials, and digital content to support SACH’s programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Document Design: Create visually appealing designs for donor reports, government reports, annual reports, strategy documents, brochures, and fliers.
• Communication Material Design: Develop creative and engaging materials such as posters, banners, leaflets, and booklets for specific projects, particularly in the Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) domain.
• Digital Content Development: Design and develop digital assets for social media, websites, and presentations.
• Basic Animation (Preferred): Create simple animations or motion graphics for digital campaigns and presentations.
• Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure all designs align with SACH’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with program teams, program specialists, and external stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Relevant degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the development sector or for social impact organizations.
• Design Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDraw, Canva etc.
• Digital Content Creation: Experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media and websites.
• Animation Skills (Preferred): Basic knowledge of animation tools such as Adobe Animate or After Effects.
• Creative Thinking: Strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
• Time Management: Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, meet strict / shorter deadlines and work under pressure.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Attributes
• Prior experience working with non-profit organizations or in the development sector.
• Understanding of social and behaviour change communication (SBCC) principles.

Role Overview
SACH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accounts Executive to join its Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring effective financial management, compliance, and reporting. The position involves managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations. Should be highly proficient in Tally & ERP.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets for projects and operations.
• Ensure financial sustainability and efficient allocation of resources.
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and donor reports.
• Ensure timely closure of accounts and audits.
Compliance & Audits:
• Ensure adherence to FEMA, FCRA, Income Tax Act, GST, RBI, and other statutory regulations.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
• Oversee regulatory filings, including TDS, GST, IT, RBI FLA, and FCRA returns.
Payroll & Financial Operations:
• Manage payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
• Implement internal controls to prevent financial risks and fraud.
MIS & Financial Analysis:
• Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
Contracts & Grants Management:
• Review and manage financial aspects of contracts, MOUs, and grant agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, donor agreements, and fund utilization guidelines.
• Coordinate with legal and program teams to negotiate terms and mitigate financial risks.
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, ensuring timely renewals and amendments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Education: MBA (Finance) or M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the development or non-profit sector.
• Technical Skills:
o Excellent proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools – Tally & ERP.
o Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication in English & Hindi, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Book-keeping & Accounting:
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash management.
Financial Documentation:
• Maintain financial records, invoices, and vouchers.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for donors and auditors.
Compliance & Taxation:
• Support in filing GST, TDS, RBI, IT, and FCRA returns.
• Ensure proper documentation for statutory audits.
Payroll & Expense Management:
• Process employee reimbursements and salary payments.
• Assist in tracking and processing vendor payments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Education: B.Com or CA Intermediate.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, book-keeping, or financial management (NGO experience preferred).
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and ERP.
o Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of Indian accounting and tax laws relevant to NGOs.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
