| Title Role: SBCC cum Project CoordinatorOrganization: Water For People, IndiaPosting Date: 08th May 2024Location: Jorhat District, AssamReporting: State in Charge, West BengalLast Date: 15th May 2024Key ResponsibilitiesOverall responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and on-site coordination of project related activities on a daily basis.Supervise, handhold and monitor the Field Facilitators to ensure the logistics and other arrangements to be done for the field activities.Lead the implementation of SBCC campaigns in fields focused on promoting safe water, sanitation, hygiene, practices.Work closely with local community leaders, water committees, and health workers to ensure the effective delivery of key messages.Analyze community needs and behavior patterns related to water, sanitation, and hygiene to inform the development of targeted communication plans.Coordinate the development and dissemination of SBCC materials, including print, digital, and multimedia resources.Prepare a monthly plan for Field Facilitators in consultation with line manager and other team members.Supervise and monitor the Field Facilitators to ensure the logistics and other arrangements to be done for the field activities in the field area.Identification of the case stories and documentation of those stories, for project purposes.Maintaining the feedback data (soft and hard copy) collected after conducting the SBCC activities such as street theater, film screening, digital dissemination etc. Maintaining the record (it includes beneficiary details) of all the activities on a daily basis and sharing the same with Water For People.Maintain the report of project activities and ensure the submission of the monthly report from the field in a timely manner.Submitting the bills and supporting documents of project activities to the Water For People office on time.Any other work associated with the project can be added as per need of the organization.Email ID for CV Submission- coordinator.wfp@kaeleste.com and cc to hr-india@waterforpeople.org with subject line “SBCC cum project coordinator”How to Apply:Please apply on email id mentioned above on or before 15th May 2024, while mentioning title of theposition in subject line.Note – Applicants are requested to apply at their earliest as we may keep interviewing suitable candidates by starting the shortlisting even before the closing date.Water For People is committed to achieving workforce diversity in terms of gender, nationality, andculture.Individuals with disabilities are equally encouraged to apply.
