| Lords Education and Health Society, a society registered in 2003 under the Societies registration act 1860 is inviting proposals from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Audit firms in India to Audit the financial statements of Lords Education and Health Society under the Societies Act, Income tax Act and FCRA for the Financial Year beginning 1st April 2022 and ending 31st march 2023. INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND LEHS, a not-for-profit organization works towards improving the quality and access to primary healthcare services for underserved communities. The Organization is working on primary healthcare models through a partnership with State governments, international agencies, and the private sector by appropriately introducing promising healthcare innovations in the public health system in order to build an equitable, innovation-led, and evidence-based quality healthcare system within easy reach of the underserved population of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Assam. WISH (Wadhwani Initiative for Sustainable Healthcare) is a flagship program of LEHS in India. Scope of Work – Audit services Year ending March 2023Deliverables: Audit of books of Account and financial statements of the Society for the year ending 31st March 2023 and Issuance of Audit Report before 31st August 2023.Audit under section 12A of Income Tax Act 1961 and issue audit report in Form 10B preferably at least 15 days before the due date as per law.Audit under FCRA (rule 17 of FCRR 2011) and issue Certificate as provided in Form FC-3, Issue Audited Statement of Accounts at least one month before the due date of filling Annual Return. Additional information: Lords Education and Health Society is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 with the Head Office at New Delhi.It is registered under 12A read with Section 12AA(1)(b) of the Income Tax Act 1961 and has also been granted registration under section 80G of Income Tax Act 1961.LEHS has valid FCRA registration credential under Culture, Economic, Educational and Social categories.Audit shall be carried out in accordance with the Standards on Auditing (SAs), issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)Audit shall be carried out at the Delhi office and all the vouchers relating to state offices will be provided in scanned form. Visit to these state offices is left to the discretion of auditor.Audit firms with large size NGO clientele (Annual Audit) needs to apply.
