| * Project Manager(Health) will be responsible to provide directions, guidance and support to a team consisting of Project Coordinators / Field Coordinators, Community Volunteers, etc. Job Responsibilities: 1. Ensure convergence with state Health departments , should have the working knowledge of ICDS programmes, Child health Care, maternal health care 2. The Project Manager would be the key person at the state level responsible for the initiation, implementation & overall management of the health & nutrition program in Anganwadi kendras and other public health programs. 3. He will lead, manage and motivate health team and ensure that they have clear objectives and also establish liaising with local government departments. 4.To established clear decision-making and communication processes Implement the health project according to its time line and objectives. 5.Manage the assigned health project in order to meet the project objectives within proper liasoning budget and the allotted time frame and report promptly any operational concerns (e.g. projected meet objectives; increased beneficiary needs; projected over or under spending on project budget). 6.Provide strong leadership of the assigned health projects, working to ensure both short and long-term positive impacts and outcomes for the beneficiaries, local health authorities and local health staffs. 7.Contribute to development of an effective strategy including proactive planning for responsible exit. Set clear monitoring indicators for health activities for anganwadi services. 8.Continuously monitor and supervise health & nutritions activities, evaluating progress through outputs and impacts using both quantitative and qualitative data, and involving the health team ie. local frontline worker like Asha, anganwadi teachers, sahiya,Supplementary Nutrition. 9.Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead Nutrition & Health project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes. Skills Required. * Educational Qualification:- PGDRD/MSW/M.A/Masters in Health Management from any recognized university. * Experience Required:- Minimum 7-8 years experience required in Health sector. * Should have knowledge of Local Languages:- *Assam- Assamese, English, Hindi *Jharkhand- Hindi , English Should be based on Locations: Jorhat-Assam and Bokaro -Jharkhand * Should have own conveyance and laptop. |
