Eligibility:
- The candidate must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2022. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
- The candidate must have minimum qualification of Class-VIII standard passed and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said post
How to Apply For Principal Judge Family Court Recruitment
- The applicants shall have to submit self attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials of educational qualification, experience certificate (if any), two recent passport size photographs and one self- addressed envelope of 5 c.m x 11 c.m affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- (five) only along with their applications including mobile number.
- Duly filled up application including all testimonials should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
- Candidates serving in Govt. Department should submit their applications through proper channel with NOC from his/her employer.
- Candidates having experience in judicial works or working in Judicial establishment of Assam with requisite qualification as stated above shall be given weightage.
- The selection process for the said post will comprise of written test and interview/ viva-voce. 6. Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidature.
- Intending candidates may submit their applications through post office or through drop box placed in court premises.
- The application should be addressed to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Barpeta.
- Incomplete/defective/late applications will be rejected without assigning any reason.
