PNRD Assam Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development (PNRD), Assam has recently published a job advertisement for the recruitment of HR Consultant vacancy on Contractual basis under HRMS Cell of Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Assam Eligibility Criteria are given below.
Educational Qualification: MBA in HR/PGDBM.
Experience: Candidate for the post should have minimum 3 years of experience in any public sector/ reputed private sector organization along with adequate knowledge of IT .
Remuneration: Rs.50,000/- per month
Age Limit: The Candidate applying for the post should not be less than 25 years and more than 40 years.
Language Skills: The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi languages as they might have to communicate with the Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India. Besides the candidate should also be fluent in Assamese languages.

> Proven track record as a HR generalist, preferably in a senior role.
> Experience of designing and delivering coaching/mentoring, learning and development and talent management programmes.
> Interpersonal relationships, discretion and confidentiality.
> Knowledge of employment law.

> Recruitment and Selection experience.
> Ability to innovate to create and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

> Adaptability and flexibility – willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles.
