ONGC Recruitment Academic Qualification:
Assistant Legal Adviser – Applicants shall pass Graduate Degree in Law (Professional) with a minimum of 60% marks. “Practicing advocate with 3 years’ experience would be preferred” for all categories.
Junior Consultants and Associate Consultants – Retired ONGC executives at E3 to E5 level of Production discipline with knowledge in Surface installations and Retired ONGC executives up to E3 level of Electrical field with expertise in Engineering Services.
ONGC Jobs Vacancy Age Limit:
- Minimum Salary: 30 Years
- Maximum Salary: 65 Years

ONGC Jobs Pay Scale:
The pay scale is in the grade of Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1, 80,000/- with an increment of 3% per year. Besides Basic Pay, the employee is entitled to allowance @ 35% of Basic Pay under Cafeteria Approach, Dearness Allowance for Assistant Legal Adviser through CLAT 2022 for LLM.
- Associate Consultant (E4 & E5 Level): Rs.66,000/- (inclusive of all) + Rs.2000/- (maximum) communication facilities against submission of invoice.
- Junior Consultant (Up to E3 Level): Rs.40,000/- (inclusive of all) + Rs.2000/- (maximum) communication facilities against submission of invoice.
