Qualification & Experience for NHIDCL NE Region
1. GM (T/P): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. 14 years’ experience or equivalent or higher out of which 9 years’ experience in the filed of Highways, Roads, Tunnels and Bridges.
2. GM (Land Acquisition & Coord.): Degree from a recognized University/Institute. 14 years’ experience or equivalent or higher out of which at least five years’ experience in handling land acquisition and revenue matters.
3. GM (Legal): Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute. 14 years’ experience or equivalent or higher out of which 7 years’ experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/arbitration/legislative matters/land acquisition.
4. DGM (T/P): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. 09 years’ experience or equivalent or higher out of which 06 years’ experience in the field of Highways, Roads, Tunnels and Bridges.
5. DGM (Land Acquisition & Coord.): Degree from a recognized University/Institute. 09 years’ experience or equivalent or higher out of which at least five years’ experience in handling land acquisition and revenue matters.
6. DGM (Finance): (i) ICAI/ICWAI/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute. Or (ii) Member of any recognized Group-‘A’ Finance/Accounts related Service of the Central Government or of the State Government. (iii) 9 years’ experience or equivalent or higher out of which 6 years’ experience in Financial Accounting/Budgeting/ Internal Audit/Contract Management/Fund Management/Disbursement in an organization of repute.
7. DGM (HR): Degree of a recognized University/Institute. 9 years’ experience or equivalent or higher out of which four years’ experience in Administration/Establishment/Human Resource/Personnel Management.
8. Manager (T/P): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. 4 years’ experience or equivalent or higher out of which 3 years’ experience in the field of Highways, Road, Tunnels and Bridges.
9. Manager (Land Acquisition & Coord.): Degree from a recognized University/Institute. Three years’ experience or equivalent or higher out of which at least three years’ experience in handling land acquisition and revenue matters.
10. Manager (Legal): Degree in Law from a recognized University. 5 years’ experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/arbitration/legislative matters/land acquisition.
11. DM (T/P): Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
12. Company Secretary: (i) Degree of a recognized University/Institute. (ii) Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretary. Minimum 3 years’ experience as Company Secretary in any Government Organization having paid up capital of Rs.25 Crore or more.
13. Junior Manager (HR): Degree of a recognized University/Institute.
