National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT) has recently announced an employment notification for the recruitment of Various Consultant Vacancies on a contractual basis in the e-Vidya project. PM e-VIDYA is an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India to enhance the momentum of the solutions provided in the education sector in India and abroad to drive global efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness.

1. Academic Consultant
No. of posts: 2
Salary: Rs. 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) per month
Essential Qualification:
Masters’ Degree in Mathematics/ History / Political Science/ Economics / Geography / Sociology / Physics / Chemistry from a recognized University / Institute or equivalent with 55% marks or equivalent grade for the general category and 50% in case of SC/ST/PH/Women candidates. PhD /NET/SLET Qualified in relevant subject
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience of working as an academic expert in educational
projects at the national / state level in the education sector or equivalent with knowledge of computer
application
Age Limit: Not more than 45 years as on 30.04.2024, relaxable by 5 years for OBC/ SC/ ST/ PH/ women candidates
2. Business Consultant
No. of posts: 1
Salary: Rs. 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) per month
Essential Qualification:
Post-graduation in Business Administration from a recognized University with 55 % marks or
equivalent grade in the general category and in the case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50%.
Experience: At least 5 years of overall experience in Industry or Government setup.
Age Limit: Not more than 45 years as on 30.04.2024, relaxable by 5 years for OBC/ SC/ ST/ PH/ women candidates
3. PR Consultant
No. of posts: 1
Salary: Rs. 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) per month
Essential Qualification:
Post-graduation in Mass Communication & Journalism or Public Relations or PR & Advertising or Digital Media with 55 % marks or equivalent grade in general category and in case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50% from a recognized University
or
Post-graduation in any subject with 55% marks or equivalent grade in the general category and in case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50% from a recognized University and PG Diploma in Mass Communication
and Journalism / Advertisement or equivalent areas.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in relevant areas. In case of Post-graduation with PG Diploma, a minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant areas
Age Limit: Not more than 45 years as on 30.04.2024, relaxable by 5 years for OBC/ SC/ ST/ PH/ women candidates.
