A. MIS Officer- 1 post

Project Name: Promoting sexual reproductive health rights and prevention of gender-based violence through a community engagement approach in Assam

Reporting – Program Manager

CINI with support from MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership: India-Yash ‘Promotion, Prevention, and Management’ for addressing GBV and SRH services at the community level in 11 districts of Assam. CINI proposes a four-level intervention strategy. Strengthening adolescent empowerment program through strengthening the RKSK and AB-SHWP programmes .Building community resilience to advocate for (and prevent) GBV and SRH issues by strengthening Community Institutions and Community Based Organizations Strengthening service delivery points by creating demand for quality services and building the capacity of service providers and/or responsible organizations – like Health, Education, Panchayat and Police and Administration (special focus on Adolescent Friendly Health Clinics (AFHCs) .Advocating and networking at district and state to reinforce SRH and GBV within State and District Project Implementation Plan (PIP), based on evidence generated during.

B. MIS Officer: 1 post

Project Name: Fight malnutrition and provide training for Anganwadi workers and nutrition professionals

Reporting – Project Coordinator

Management of Malnutrition through Creating Access to Nutrition and Food Security for the most vulnerable Rural & Urban populace in Four Districts in three Eastern States of India through enhanced capacity of service providers, convergent actions, and detailed data management for evidence generation are core components of the project. To Create a community-based model, accelerating essential nutrition actions towards improving the nutritional status of women of reproductive age group, under-five children, and adolescents among the most vulnerable populations of 4 Districts in West Bengal, Jharkhand and Assam by 2026.To address all forms of malnutrition with more focus on prevention and, home-based management of nutrition at-risk women and children, and referral of nutrition high-risk cases (children with SAM and PW with very low BMI and severe anemia) through government flagship programs. To address anemia with adequate maternal and adolescent nutrition through home-based care and strengthen facilities for anemia prevention and treatment, support IFA supplementation as part of the routine nutritional care. To ensure food security and social entitlements amongst families of adolescents, pregnant and lactating mothers, and children below 6 years. To assess food security and nutrition equity through improving access to food availability, supplementary feeding, and food diversity of nutritious foods within communities to reduce the risk of malnutrition, and promote healthy diets under the umbrella of Healthy City Context.

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (Social Sciences/Public Health/Equivalent). 3-5 years of experience in MIS and Documentation in NGO is preferable.

General Criteria: Good command over English (Spoken and Writing), Knowledge of communicating in local language is must. Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Providing MIS, M&E, Report, and Data analytics support in coordination with the project in- charge.
2. Training Assam unit team for building better monitoring and data capabilities.
3. Participation in CINI’s research and data analytics activities under the guidance of CRC.
4. Supporting data analytics for the proposal development
5. Any other job assigned by the reporting authority.
