Educational Qualification
1. System Engineer: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology. OR Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology. OR Master of Computer Applications/Master of Science (Computer Science/Information Technology) from a recognized University.
2. Inspector of Legal Metrology: Bachelor of Science in Physics. OR Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in any discipline. Must be able to speak one of the languages of the State and must be physically and mentally fit.
3. Assistant System Engineer: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Honours). OR Bachelor of Computer Applications 3 (Three) years with Class XII Science. OR Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering with Class XII Science from a recognized University.
4. Junior Accounts Assistant: Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University with basic knowledge of Computers.
Age & Age Relaxation
1. Age will be calculated with reference to 01.01.2023 and should have attained the age of 18 years to 32 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST. No age bar in respect of regular Government employee who entered Government service with the prescribed age limit.
2. The date of birth to be accepted by the Commission is as entered in the Matriculation/Secondary School Leaving Certificate/or a Certificate recognized by an Indian University as equivalent to Matriculation or an extract from the official Registers duly certified by the proper authority of the Board of School Education. Documents other than these will not be accepted by the Commission.

Candidates who wish to apply may pay the application fees using any one of the following modes of payment only: –

(ii) Debit cum ATM Cards/Credit Cards/Net Banking.

# For post at Sl. No.4: Rs.320/- (Half the rate for SC/ST who are permanent residents of the State of Meghalaya).
# For payment using State Bank of India/s Net-banking, please select e-payment and select State Bank of India in the Meghalaya ePayment Portal page.
How to Apply for Meghalaya PSC Vacancy?
# Candidates are to apply and submit their applications through Online mode only by clicking on the “Online Application” icon appearing in the MPSC website viz. www.mpsc.nic.in.
# For candidates applying for the first time through online mode, a one-time registration process is required to enable them to apply against the advertised vacancies/posts. Kindly read the instructions on the web page carefully before applying. Last date for online application is 17:00 hrs. on 16th October, 2023.
# Applicants are advised to apply well in advance without waiting for the closing date.
