Job Summary


YRGCARE is a sub-recipient of the Global Fund grant through PLAN International as a Primary recipient for establishing one-stop centers for KP and engaging in activities toward community system strengthening. The overall goal under this grant is to accelerate the national response toward achieving the fast track 95-95-95 targets among KP.


Specific roles and responsibilities would be as follows:

Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the One-Stop Centres established for the Key Populations

Management of the office, especially front office tasks including client registrations and navigation to services, responding to queries, record keeping and maintenance of documents and files

Procure and maintain stationeries, printing and office supplies locally

Ensure timely opening and closing of the one stop centre

Ensure safe keeping of assets and commodities

Ensuring cleanliness of the one-stop centre

Will accompany OSC team during demand generation meetings, health screening camps, meetings and other events

Visit SACS/DAPCU and other stakeholders as per requirement of the project

Receive, deliver, courier documents and other materials to other offices and stakeholders. Communication to State Manager as per requirement of the project

Ensuring refreshments for meetings, guests and staff/s.  Extend support to One Stop Centre as required.
Requirements
Should be at least educated up to 8th standard with good knowledge of the local community and local language.

Preference will be given individuals from TG/MSM/PLHIV community.

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Ability to read and write in local language

Require to travel to the project areas for providing services for at least 5 days in a month.
