Konkan Railway Chief Project Manager Recruitment 2022 Qualification Details
The Corporation invites applications from retired Central Govt/ State Govt / CPSU’s / SPU’s employees for appointment on re-employment basis against the post in USBRL Project Division at J&K.
1. Post Name: Chief Project Manager/ Civil/P

3. Eligibility: Indian Railway Civil Engineering Officers having more than 15 years of Group ‘A’ service and retired /retiring on or before 31/05/2022. The pay scale at the time of retirement is SG and above.
OR Officer of Civil Engineering of Indian Railways/ Railway PSU/other PSU having more than 15 years service as Executive and retired /retiring on or before 31/05/2022. The pay scale at the time of retirement is in E-6 and above level of IDA Scale.
4. Preferable Working Experience: The Officer having experience of minimum five years in Construction of Bridges, Tunnels and Station Buildings in Railways Construction Project.
5. Term of appointment: Re-employment basis
6. Scale of Pay: SG in 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-13 (as per 6th CPC PB-4, Rs.37,400-67,000 with GP Rs.8,700/-)
7. Job description: The Officer shall be responsible for Planning, Execution of construction of Bridges, Tunnels, Station Buildings and approach Road works related to USBRL Project including Design and Drawings,
Execution and monitoring of Progress of Project. The Officer is also required to coordinate and liaise with all connected agencies and other related Organizations including Northern Railway, RDSO, CRS and Govt of J&K (UT). He shall report to ED/USBRL Project, J&K.
