For more details, please visit www.ipeglobal.com About the project Assam Health Infrastructure Development and Management Society (AHIDMS), Government of Assam with technical and financial support from the World Bank is implementing ‘Assam State Secondary Healthcare Initiative for Service Delivery Transformation (ASSIST)Project’. The project intends to strengthen the management capacity and quality of health services in Assam. The main objective of the assignment is to strengthen Human Resources for Health (HRH) reforms in the state while taking into consideration the changing disease profile and population dynamics and composition. The broad scope of work of this assignment is defined below: • Desk review of available health workforce data sources • Develop and/or integrate HRMIS/modules into the existing HRH MIS in the State. • HRH enumeration of staff and facilities/offices • Functional analysis of the Department of Health and Family Welfare (DoHFW) including all its Directorates. • Developing a comprehensive HRH Strategy Paper and a corresponding Management Framework for the DoHFW to adopt and implement Job Description IT/MIS Expert – K8 Roles & Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to the state in developing IT enabled enumeration tools. • Provide technical and functional inputs in analyzing the current MIS systems of the State. • Provide technical support in designing an integrated HRMIS system in the state. • Coordinate with the technical team in designing and development of integrated MIS system. • Design and develop the functional and technical flow of an integrated HRMIS for the state. • Support the state in integrating multiple platforms. • Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any system-related issues or inquiries. • Develop intuitive and informative dashboards to visualize HRH-related data and performance metrics. • Design, develop, and customize HRMIS modules based on identified needs and requirements. • Ensure seamless integration of these modules with existing HRMIS system while maintaining data consistency. • Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, conferences, and other forums to promote cooperation and knowledge sharing. • Carryout field visits to support district and facility functionaries. • Undertake other activities as per the need of the project and as required by the client and Team Leader. Essential Qualification & Experience B. E/ B.Tech in IT or computer science/MCA or equivalent from recognized institutions with more than 10 years of experience of working in multiple IT systems/platform integration, designing and implementation of HMIS, HRMIS and other health related apps.
