Indian Navy AA Recruitment 2022
Indian Navy has released an official notification regarding the recruitment of AA August 2022 Batch. As per the notification, the online application will be started from 29th March 2022 and all the eligible candidates will be able to submit their online applications on the official portal of Indian Navy. Through this notification, Indian Navy has invited applications for approximately 500 posts of Artificer Apprentice. Candidates who are eligible for the recruitment and willing to serve the country are able to submit the application.

Name of Post: Artificer Apprentice
Total Posts: 500 Posts (Approx.)
Batch Name: August 2022
Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary or 10+2 with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Biology or Computer Science from recognized board will be eligible for this recruitment.
Age Limit: Candidates who are born between 1st August 2002 to 31st July 2005 (both dates inclusive) are eligible for this Indian Navy recruitment.
Martial Status: Only male unmarried candidates are eligible for this recruitment of Indian Navy.
Pay & Allowances: During the initial training period, a stipend of Rs.14,600/- per month will be admissible. On successful completion of initial training, they will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix (₹ 21,700- ₹69,100). In addition, they will be paid MSP @ ₹ 5200/- per month plus DA (as applicable).

- Now, login with your registered email address and password.
- Click on Current Opportunities.
- Click on Apply button.
- Fill the form completely. Before clicking on the submit button make sure that all the details are correct and all the required documents are uploaded.
- The photograph to be uploaded should be of good quality with blue background. Size of the photograph should be between 60-100 KB.
- Online applications for eligibility will be further investigated and can be rejected if they are not found eligible in any respect.

Selection Criteria of AA Recruitment
Indian Navy will conduct two types of examination for this recruitment, which is Written Examination and Physical Fitness Test. Candidates will be selected for written examination and PFT on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination (i.e. 12th examination).
1. Written Examination
The details of the written examination to be conducted to select the eligible candidates for this recruitment will be as follows.
Medium of Exam: The question paper will be in two languages Hindi and English.
Type of Question: The questions will be of objective type.
Syllabus: The question paper will have four sections i.e. English, Science & Mathematics and General Knowledge. All questions will be 12th level questions. Click here for Syllabus and click here for Sample Question Paper.
Duration of Exam: The duration of the exam will be of 60 minutes.
Total Marks: The exam will be conducted for 100 marks.
2. Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test is mandatory for selection and without qualifying PFT candidates will not be able to participate in the further process. The details of PFT will be as follows.
Running: Candidates have to complete 1.6 Km race within 7 minutes.
Uthak Baithak and Push-ups: Candidates will also have to complete 20 squats (Uthak Baithak) and 10 push-ups.
Note: The written examination and physical fitness test will be conducted on the same day.
Merit List of AA Recruitment
The merit list of Indian NavyAA Recruitment will be prepared on the basis of performance in the written examination subject to qualifying the physical fitness test. Around 600 candidates based on all India merit will be issued call up letter for Enrollment Medical Examination at INS Chilka.
