Eligibility Criteria of Gauhati High Court 2021
Age Limit: Category wise age limits for the posts, as on last date of receipt of applications, will be as under:-
● Unreserved: 40 years● OBC//MOBC: 43 years● SC: 45 years● ST (P) & ST (H): 45 years● PWD: 50 years
Proof of Residency: A candidate must possess a valid Registration Number of Employment Exchange for the State of Assam.
Educational Qualification:
i) Senior Personal Assistant: A candidate must be a Bachelors Degree holder from a recognized university preferably with a diploma in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm on a computer. Due weightage will be given to law graduate.
ii) Judicial Assistant: A candidate must be a Bachelors Degree holder from a recognized University. Candidates shall also possess knowledge in the field of Computer
Application Fee
Candidates under PWD (Person with disability) category need not to pay any fee. The details of application fee to be paid by the candidates are indicated below:
● For Sc/ ST(P)/ ST(H): Rs.150/-● PWD: Nil● For all others: Rs.300/-
