Name of Post: Full-Time Medical Officer on Temporary Tenure Basis

Essential Qualification:
- MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India with one year post-internship experience in Surgery/General Medicine in a reputed/dedicated hospital/nursing home.
Additional Qualification (either of the following):
- Diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent Post Graduate certificate of training in Industrial Health recognized by the Central or State Government.
- Work experience of at least three years in policy, execution, and advice on safety & health of workers employed in various sectors such as mines, ports, docks, factories, and buildings.
Emoluments and Other Benefits:
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹93,000
- Annual Increment: ₹2,800 per month upon extension after one year.
- OPD Expenses: ₹1,000 per month.
- Family Floater Insurance: Coverage of ₹5 Lakhs for self, spouse, and two immediate dependents.
- Personal Accident Insurance: ₹12 Lakhs coverage.
- Local Conveyance Charges: ₹14 per km from local residence.
- Leave Entitlement: 12 Casual Leave (CL) and 12 paid leaves per year, with the option for compensatory off for extra duty. Paid leave can be accumulated, but CL cannot.
