Applications in the under Assam Gazette of part-IX are invited from the eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as defined in Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up the following post lying vacant in the establishment of the Principal Judge Family Court, Nalbari.

Educational Qualification: Minimum educational qualification required is Class VIII passed and those who have passed Higher Secondary or above are ineligible to apply for the said post.
Salary: 12000-37500+G.P. 3900 (PB-1) with other allowances as per rules.
Age Limit: The minimum age limit for application is 18 years and the maximum age is 45 years as per the existing rules of the Government of Assam. Minimum & Maximum age will be calculated from the date of publication of this advertisement i.e. on 14.02.2023.

✦ Applicants have to submit the properly filled up Standard Form (Under Assam Gazette of Part-IX) along with all relevant copies of self-attested dossiers like Age Proof Certificate, Educational Qualification, Caste Certificate from competent authority, Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, Experience Certificate (if any) etc. along with Two recent passport size photographs.
✦ Applicants have to submit a self-declaration along with the application form mentioning that “He/She has not passed Higher Secondary Examination or above”.
✦ Candidates may drop their application form in the “Drop Box” of the office of The Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalbari during the office hours or post the application form to the address mentioned below, which must reach this office on or before 4 P.M. of 28/02/2023.
