Details of EXIM Bank Recruitment 

Name of the Post – Management Trainee (MT) 

• No of Vacancy: 25 vacancies 
• Categorywise Vacancy: UR-13, EWS-02, OBC-06,  SC-04, ST-02, (PWD-01) in Finance discipline, 
• Age : 25 years, 28 years for OBC, 30 years for SC/ST, 
• Stipend :  ₹55000/- per month, 
• Qualification : MBA/PGDBA, with specialisation in Finance from a recognised University / Institution or Chartered Accountants (CA) with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in both Graduation and Post Graduation.  

Management Trainees (MT) will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM)-I as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of traineeship up to two years in the Bank. The current CTC of Deputy Manager is ₹17 lakh per annum approximately.

A (Non-refundable) of  ₹600/- for  OBC candidates, ₹100/- (Intimation charges) for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
