Job Description
Introduction:
YRGCARE, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the HIV care continuum and infectious diseases, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Guwahati. We are looking for a highly motivated Documentation Officer cum Monitoring & Evaluation Officer who will play a crucial role in ensuring transparent and accountable documentation of outreach activities related to educational engagement. This is a non-HIV program engaging with college youth in selected cities of North-East on educational possibilities with US Universities.
Location: Guwahati
Responsibilities:
Monitoring & Evaluation Documentation:
- Utilize the established Performance Monitoring Matrix to monitor work in progress and align activities with committed performance plans.
- Engage with the supervisor to ensure monthly updates to the donor, presenting progress and performance outcomes.
- Document discussions with each Outreach Officers, noting achievements, challenges, and action points for improvement.
- Interpret progress based on documented data and observations, providing valuable insights for project enhancement.
Process Documentation:
- Ensure thorough process documentation of all engagements, including workshops, seminars, and information sessions conducted.
- Record participant details, feedback received, and outcomes achieved to maintain a comprehensive record of activities.
Development of Outreach Materials:
- Create and develop outreach information, education, and communication materials tailored to project outputs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with proven efficiency in spoken, writing English apart from a local language (in the proposed geographies of work)
- Monitoring evaluation background is not a requirement.
- Proven ability to efficiently document in English using Microsoft applications
- Comfort to engage with stakeholders
