Eligibility Criteria for BSSRV Admission
B.Tech: 10+2 standard passed in Science Stream and as per AICTE norms.
B.Sc. (Hons): 10+2 standard passed in Science Stream and as per AICTE norms. [Agriculture, Horticulture]
Master of Arts (M.A.): Bachelor’s degree with Major/ Honours in the concerned subject. [Subject: Assamese, English, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Indian Knowledge System.]
Master of Computer Application (MCA): Passed any graduation degree (e.g: BCA/ B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A./ B.E./ B.Tech. etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2.
Master of Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc.): Bachelor’s Degree in fisheries/ Zoology/ Ecology/ Environmental Science/ Biotechnology or other relevant disciplines from any recognised university.
Master of Mass Communication and Journalism (MCJ): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Master of Social Work (MSW): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Master of Business Administration (MBA): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Application Fee of BSSRV Golaghat Admission

Selection Process for Sati Sadhani University Admission
# Admission to B.Tech programs shall be based on JEE/ CEE score or BSSRV-EE-2024.
# Admission to BNYS, B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture and B.F.Sc. (Bachelor of Fisheries Science) shall be based on BSSRV-EE-2024.
# For Post Graduate programmes, candidates appeared/appearing in the Final Semester of the Qualifying Examinations, 2024 and waiting for their results are also eligible to appear in the BSSRV-EE-2024 and can get provisional admission if selected.
# Merit list for provisional admission into the various programmes of BSSRV shall be based on performance in BSSRV-EE-2024.
# For candidate (Results Awaited/ Appearing) must have to produce an UNDERTAKING at the time of admission by mentioning that the candidate shall submit the relevant documents within the stipulated time fixed by the university. Admission of such candidate shall be purely provisional.
# Statutory Reservation and Relaxation Policy shall be followed as per the Government Rules.

About BSSRV Golaghat
Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya has been established by the Government of Assam under the Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya Act 2020. Prof. Jyoti Prasad Saikia has been appointed as the first Vice Chancellor of the university. The university has been allotted land in Rangajan under Morongi Revenue Circle of Golaghat District. Presently, the office of the Vice Chancellor is run from Golaghat Engineering College premises.
The mission and vision of the university are to develop global citizens through a holistic learning process, and endeavouring to turn it into a hub of multidisciplinary research and academic excellence for all its stakeholders. The mandate of the university is to fulfil the aspirations of a vast demography, comprising of students in quest of doctoral research, post-graduate diploma courses, and certificate courses.
