BSSC CGL 2022 Selection Process
The selection of candidates through BSSC CGL Recruitment 2022 will be done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the written exam. The BSSC written exam is divided into 02 parts i.e. Prelims and Mains exam. BSSC Prelims exam will be qualifying in nature. Those who will qualify the prelims exam are eligible to apply for the mains exam and the final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the BSSC CGL Mains Exam. BSSC will shortlist candidates for the BSSC Mains exam in the ratio of 1:5 wrt total no. of vacancies available.

In the BSSC CGL Prelims Exam candidates will have to answer questions related to General Studies, General Science and Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and Mental Ability. A total of 150 objective-type questions will be asked with a weightage of 04 marks for each question. The total time duration of the BSSC CGL Prelims Exam is 02 hours and 15 minutes.
