Eligibility Criteria of Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment
Age Limit:
- Trainee Engineer – I: 28 years as of 01.04.2023.
- Project Engineer – I: 32 years as of 01.04.2023.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise relaxation in Upper Age Limit is mentioned below:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- SC / ST: 5 Years
- For Persons with Disabilities: 10 Years
Educational Qualification: 4 years full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (4-year Course) / Engineering degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University/ Institution/ College with 55% and above for General / EWS / OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
Post qualification Experience:
- Trainee Engineer – I: Fresh Engineering graduates in the indicated disciplines may also apply.
- Project Engineer – I: 2 years relevant post qualification industrial experience.
Selection Process of BEL Engineer Recruitment:
BEL selection process for 428 Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer posts involves the following stages.
a) Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for Written Test for 85 marks and those who clear the same will be shortlisted for an Interview for 15 marks. The place of the written test and interview will be in Bengaluru only.
b) Candidates will be shortlisted for the interviews based on the written test marks (out of 85 marks) in order of merit in the ratio of 1:5.
c) Intimation on conducting written test and interviews will be sent to the E-mail ID provided by the candidate. Candidates are required to comply with the instructions indicated therein. The results of the final selection will be available on BEL website. BEL is not responsible for bounce back or non-receipt of mail by the candidate.
Application Fee:
- Project Engineer: Rs.400/- + 18% GST
- Trainee Engineer: Rs.150/- + 18% GST
Only General, EWS and OBC candidates are required to pay the application fee.
