3. Deputy Controller of Examination
No of Posts: 01 Post
Required Eligibility:
- Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
- Nine years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 10 and above with experience in educational administration OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education. OR Five years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
Desirable:
- Person having experience in administration and in conducting examination in an educational institution of higher learning.
- Proficiency in computerization of examination works.
4. Deputy Register
No of Posts: 01 Post
Required Eligibility:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
- Nine Years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 10 and above with experience in educational administration. OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education Five years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
Desirable:
- Experience in developing curricula, knowledge regarding academic standards at higher educational institutions and knowledge about New Education Policy (NEP).
5. Assistant Librarian
No of Posts: 01 Post
Required Eligibility:
- A Master Degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point –scale, wherever the grading system is followed).
- A consistently good academic record, with knowledge of computerization of a library.
- Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 or 2022 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be.
- 2 Years of experience in similar role is desirable
6. System Administrator

Required Eligibility:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed in Computer Application / Computer Science/Information Technology OR BE/B. Tech with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/ Computer Technology/Information Technology of a recognized University or equivalent with 5 years’ experience of “handling Systems including Server, Networks, Clouds, Clients”/Electronic Data Processing, out of which at least Two years’ experience should be in actual Programming/system administration
OR
- Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed in Computer Applications/Computer Science/Information Technology or Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Communication Eng. From a recognized University or equivalent with 7 years’ experience of “handling Systems including Server, Networks, Clouds, Clients”/Electronic Data Processing, out of which at least Two years’ experience should be in actual Programming/system administration
OR

7. Administrative cum Admission Officer

Required Eligibility:
- Post-graduate Degree from a Government recognized university / institution with at least 55% marks or its equivalent in CGPA scale.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in related field. Must have good communication skills in English and Regional Languages with professional presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of customer behavior. Hands-on knowledge of computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Ambitious and Go-getter attitude, good team player is desired.
8. Account Officer

- Post- Graduate Degree / CA article ship from a government recognized University / Institution with minimum 55% marks.
