National Health Mission (NHM) Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for 17 vacant positions of District Microbiologist on contractual basis.

Qualification:
- Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (preferably in Microbiology, Virology, Pathology and other lab sciences) Or
- Medical Graduate with 2 years experience in laboratory sciences Or
- M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology
Experience:
i) Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Medical Microbiology.
ii) Experience of working in public health systems, implementation of laboratory quality assurance
systems, assessing and organizing training programs and proven ability for planning and undertaking
operational research would be desirable
Remuneration :
- For MD (Microbiology) : Rs. 65,000/- pm with yearly increments
- For Medical Graduate with 2 Years in laboratory services : Rs. 40,000/- with yearly increments
- For M.Sc. (Microbiology) : Rs.30,000/- with yearly increments
Age : Up to 43 years as on 1st January 2023
Selection Procedure : A walk-in-interview will be held on 12th April 2023 at NHM Mission Directorate, Saikia Commercial Complex, Christian Basti, Guwahati-5. Registration time is from 10 AM to 11 AM
