Assam Down Town University (ADTU) has released the latest employment news notification for the recruitment of 06 Project Assistant and Field Workers vacancy for the project titled “Strengthening ST community of Anini, Dibang Valley Arunachal by empowering indigenous knowledge and skills for socio economic development and sustainable livelihood” funded by Department of Science and Technology (DST). Brief Description: This project will deal with the establishment of a mushroom cultivation unit and a bamboo shoot canning unit, conservation of bamboo and Pyrinium pubinerve and using them for product development. It will also include documentation of wild edible plant and medicinal plant resources of Anini and capacity building of the community.

1. Project Assistant
No. of posts: 02 (Two)
Qualification: B.Sc. in Biological Sciences/Plant Sciences/Microbiology/Biotechnology having knowledge and experience on Plant Taxonomy and or Microbiology.
Remuneration: Rs. 20000 + 16% HRA = Rs. 23000/- Per Month.
2. Field Workers
No. of posts: 04 (Four)
Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline.
Remuneration: Rs. 18000 + 16% HRA = Rs 20880/- Per Month.
