- Post Graduate in Sociology/Social work/Rural Development/Rural Management or its equivalent from recognised University
- At least 3 years experiences in Community Mobilization in rural areas under govt./semi Govt./autonomous organizations/ private company of repute. Preference will be given to the candidates having Experience in Mission Mode Programmes of Gol & GoA)
- Competence in Computer Application
- Expertise in conducting Workshop & Camp
- Ability to work in a team and train staff to use the system.
- Adept at virtual working
- Proficiency in local language and English
