Head Assistant: The intending candidates shall submit their applications in Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-lx with 3(three) copies of self attested recent coloured passport size photographs through proper channel by enclosing experience certificate issued by the competent authority / respective Chief Judicial Magistrate along with other testimonials including copy of Service Book and copies of ACR of last 3 (three) years
The application and other particulars should be submitted to the office of the undersigned so as to reach this office on or before 15-09-2022 during office hours.
Mali: Candidates shall provide 3 copies of recent passport size photograph, 1 copy of which shall have to be pasted on the space provided in the Standard Form of application. The candidates shall have to write their names on the reverse side of the other 2 copies of the photographs.
