VACANCY DETAILS
- (Vacancy No. 22020401426) Four vacancies for the post of Administrative Officer in
Bureau of Outreach & Communication, Field Publicity Division, Ministry of Information
& Broadcasting (ST-01, UR-03).
- Of the four posts, two posts are permanent and two posts
are temporary but likely to be continued indefinitely. General Central Service Group- “B”
Gazetted (Ministerial). Pay Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Age: 35 years.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: (A) EDUCATIONAL: Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science of
a recognized University or equivalent. (B) EXPERIENCE: Five years’ experience in a
responsible capacity in a Government or Semi-Government organization or a commercial
concern of repute out of which three years’ experience should be in establishment/financial
matter including budget/accounts work. NOTE-I: The Qualifications are relaxable at the
discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in
the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. NOTE-II: The qualification(s) regarding
experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for
reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes,
if at any stage of selection the Union Public Service Commission, is of the opinion that
sufficient number of candidates from this community possessing the requisite experience are
not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. DUTIES: To oversee all- Establishment/Audit/Budget/Accounts matters. HQ: BOC HQR, New Delhi, but likely to be
posted at Bangalore, Pune, Guwahati & Itanagar.
