All India Radio Guwahati is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Part Time Correspondents (PTC) in the districts of Charaideo, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Karimganj, Lakhimpur, Majuli, Sonitpur, Tinsukia and West Karbi Anglong.
Name of post : Part Time Correspondents (PTC)
Qualification :
i) PG Diploma / Degree in Journalism/ Mass Media or Graduate
ii) Should reside at the district headquarters or within a radius of 10 kms from the district HQs / Municipal limit in the district for which she / he is being engaged
iii) Knowledge of computers and word processing
iv) Possession of news gathering devices
Desirable :
i) Experience of coverage for electronic media
ii) Minimum two years journalistic experience
How to apply : Candidates can apply for engagement as PTC for any of the above districts where he/ she resides. Last date for submission of applications is 20th February 2023
